![]() then turn on two noise suppression settings in RealTek. boost the mic to maximum, which created a lot of noise switch to the highest of DVD frequency/quality of the mic ("Studio" higher frequency/quality is way too noisy) some fault voltage in the "pink" microphone port (which I dont see what I can do about) some blame RealTek drivers some say to plug into Line In instead (not sure why).Īfter about an hour, I came up with config where my voice (if to listen back to it), comes out at about medium volume (based on my middle volume setting), with everything cranked up. I almost thought to return it - a faulty mic perhaps? But then I read a bit online and there's a lot of posts. Oddly enough, the microphone is way too quite, a suspiciously too quiet. All I really need from that headset is for a sound to come out, and for a sound to come in (into the mic).
